Croatia osiguranje granted the Employer Partner certificate for the sixth consecutive year for excellence in human resource management

For the sixth year in a row, Croatia osiguranje has met the high standards required for the Employer Partner certificate. This recognition confirms that the company continues to develop an HR system aligned with the demands of modern business, with a clear focus on people as a key factor of long-term organizational stability and success. The certificate was granted following a detailed evaluation of all aspects of the HR function, conducted by experts from SELECTIO Group, the leading regional HR consulting group.

The strategic positioning of HR, the strengthening of recruitment capacities, and continuous investment in leadership development reflect a thoughtful and systematic approach to organizational development, said Lara Šubić Šuša, Head of HR Consulting at SELECTIO Group.

Significant Investment in Employee Compensation

Special emphasis is placed on the strategic role of the HR function, which is actively involved in achieving the organization’s business objectives.

In 2025, EUR 5.2 million was invested in salary increases, and in 2026 we continued to make significant investments in employee compensation. For example, EUR 4.2 million was invested solely in the compensation of sales representatives and sales managers. In 2025, we signed a new three-year Collective Agreement, which confirmed and further increased employee rights well above industry standards and those guaranteed by labor law.

For instance, material benefits increased by EUR 1 million on an annual basis. A total of 250 awards for excellence and contribution were granted, amounting to EUR 290,000, while more than EUR 800,000 was invested in employee education and training. We are grateful and proud of this certificate, which is another confirmation that we are on the right path. The certificate represents excellence, but above all, it reflects feedback from our employees, who recognize and confirm the positive impact of the continuous initiatives we implement. This gives us additional motivation to keep building a culture in which our employees feel motivated and proud of their contribution. For employees, the company launched Total X, an internal portal that presents Croatia’s measures, programs, and projects, as well as joint efforts to align business operations with customer perceptions and market needs. Total X, together with the digital assistant PomagAI, serves as an organizational knowledge base and daily work support for employees. These solutions further contribute to efficiency, information accessibility, and the strengthening of a learning culture within the organization.
