GRAWE Hrvatska d.d. granted another Employer Partner certificate

GRAWE Hrvatska d.d. has once again been granted the Employer Partner certificate this year, confirming continuity in the development of key HR practices. The certificate is granted by experts from SELECTIO Group, who evaluate HR systems across organizations by reviewing the entire employee lifecycle, from the first to the last day of employment.

The Employer Partner certificate is granted based on an objective assessment of the entire HR system, using a set of clearly defined criteria and measurable indicators of human resource management quality. GRAWE Hrvatska again met the high standards of the certification this year, confirming a structured approach to human resource management and the consistent application of key HR processes-from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and the creation of an attractive employee value proposition, said Lara Šubić Šuša, Head of HR Consulting at SELECTIO Group.

Human resource management at GRAWE Hrvatska d.d. is based on a clearly defined business strategy, supported by regular communication from the Management Board regarding strategic priorities.

Manager development is monitored through leadership competency assessments and training programs. Employees are provided with equal, continuous, and timely access to key information through various internal communication channels (e.g. Tarifni espresso, GRAWE digitalni sandučić). Feedback is collected through employee satisfaction and engagement surveys, and the results are used as a basis for defining and implementing concrete departmental and team action plans.

This recertification represents confirmation that we are systematically building a work environment in which people are at the center of all decisions. The results show that our continuous focus on people development, leadership, and employee well-being is reflected in the quality of the overall HR system. We are particularly proud of the results in the areas of selection and development, as well as engagement and strategic HR consulting, which clearly demonstrate the strength of our organizational culture.
