Addiko Bank Beograd has once again been awarded the Employer Partner certificate, having met the high HR standards modeled on the best global HR practices. The Bank achieved outstanding results and improvements in the evaluated areas of Attract and Hire, Onboard and Develop, as well as Engage and Inspire.
Ensuring equal opportunities
Organizations holding the Employer Partner certificate reliably deliver on the conditions and benefits promised to candidates in their job advertisements. Addiko Bank not only guarantees equal employment opportunities in its job postings but also implements them in practice. All employees involved in recruitment interviews have undergone training on ensuring equal opportunities. Moreover, the Bank collaborates with numerous universities and the Forum of Youth with Disabilities to stay abreast of the latest trends and ensure inclusivity and diversity among its employees.
The onboarding process at Addiko Bank is carefully structured, ensuring that new employees are assigned a mentor and/or an onboarding buddy. Additionally, the Bank continuously enhances this process based on feedback collected during onboarding quality assessments. Over the past year, all employees had internal mentors, and almost all participated in training or educational programs.
Encouraging two-way communication
Addiko Bank fosters two-way communication by offering employees various communication channels, such as breakfasts with Management for new hires. Based on the latest climate, satisfaction, and engagement survey—where results were excellent—the Bank developed an action plan. The Employer Partner project has significantly accelerated the implementation of desirable HR practices in the region. Over the past 18 years, the project has conducted 20,000 evaluations of HR systems, giving the SELECTIO Group’s certification team deep insight into all types of organizations. Each year, around 100 organizations apply for certification, continuously transforming more than 100 HR systems across 10 markets.
