The fourth Employer Partner certificate and the second Above and Beyond certificate are a testament to Dukat’s dedication to excellence in human resource management, placing the company among Croatia’s top employers. We are proud to have achieved a two-percentage-point increase over last year’s already above-average score, and especially proud to have met the standards for the Innovation category for the first time, in addition to reaffirming our Future category status. These achievements reflect our ongoing investment in the development and retention of employees through targeted training and development programs, specialized career development tools, individual development plans, mentoring initiatives, and IT applications that foster knowledge sharing and a strong learning culture. Investing in development and future competencies
Through specialized IT tools, such as the digital learning platform Learning Factory, Dukat encourages employees to exchange knowledge and actively participate in building a robust learning culture. Digital Champions are highly engaged employees who strengthen digital competencies across the company through various initiatives. Alongside managers, they serve as role models for fostering a culture of understanding, recognition, and continuous feedback.
Dukat has introduced the Best Mentor award to promote effective knowledge management, retention, and transfer within the organization. Managers have opportunities to participate in programs focused on industrial development, with a particular emphasis on leadership behavior development. Dukat also implements various initiatives to support the growth of young employees, including an extensive onboarding program and mentorship initiatives for employees taking on new responsibilities. For students and trainees, the company offers specially designed scholarship programs to prepare them for entering the job market.
Employee well-being
Employee safety, health, mental well-being, and work-life balance are top priorities for Dukat. The company provides numerous training programs and activities in these areas. Alongside its certifications for excellent HR practices, Dukat also participates in SELECTIO Group’s Future Resilience program, aimed at building employees’ resilience to various professional and personal challenges. To date, over 100 employees have completed this program, and the number continues to grow. Additionally, Dukat has joined the new Future Resilience Diversity & Inclusion program, which raises awareness about diversity and inclusion within the organization.
