One of the leading companies in the region, the Forten Group, has once again demonstrated its commitment to excellence in human resource management. This year, as many as 13 companies received the Employer Partner certificate for 2022!
Five companies successfully passed the recertification process – Konzum, Pik Vrbovec, Jamnica, mStart and Fortenova group d.d., while eight new companies reached the high Employer Partner certification standards for the first time – Mercator-Srbija, Mg Mivela, Roto dinamic, Zvijezda, Dijamant, Belje, Pik Vinkovci and Vupik.
A team of independent HR experts from the SELECTIO Group has been closely following the progress of the Fortenova group since three years ago, when the first company within the Group started the HR system quality assessment process. Today, 13 certified companies operating in various industries employ over 26,500 workers. Therefore, the Fortenova group not only plays an important role for the Croatian and regional economy, but also contributes to the quality of numerous working environments. During the assessment of the quality of the HR system of 13 members of the Fortenova group, exceptional recruitment processes, effective inclusion of new employees and talent development through internal academies were recognized and especially praised.
During the awarding of the Employer Partner certificate, Fabris Peruško, member of the Management Board and President of the Management Board of the Fortenova Group, expressed his pride in this achievement: When so many different companies from one Group receive external expert confirmation that the standards they apply in business are at the highest level, that is a reason for pride. and proof that our internal ties are getting stronger. However, due to the state of the labor market, which has been faced by employers in all markets for several years, this certification has a special weight for us because it carries a great positive response and recognition.
