Privredna banka Zagreb (PBZ) consistently upholds high standards in all areas of human resources and has once again been awarded the Employer Partner certificate. The bank has shown a strong alignment of its HR practices, recognizing the value of employee feedback as a crucial insight into both the organizational culture and the evolving needs of the company. The bank is committed to continually developing tools and platforms that foster open communication and the free exchange of information.
PBZ successfully implements various tools and processes to encourage two-way communication, providing employees with structured and documented feedback on their work. Through the newly introduced platform Veema, PBZ has further simplified the process of submitting suggestions for business improvements. This allows employees’ opinions to be taken into account in projects beyond their usual job description. This systematic approach to involving employees and considering their suggestions is a crucial part of developing quality HR practices, which is why we are particularly pleased to award PBZ the Employer Partner certificate once again this year, said Lara Šubić Šuša, Project Manager of Employer Partner at SELECTIO Group.
As part of the Inclusion Manager program, PBZ employees have the opportunity to nominate managers who excel in promoting inclusive behavior and creating a work environment that respects diversity and ensures equal opportunities for all. The program provides managers with valuable feedback and support for further development, and in its three years of existence, it has brought together over 600 employees and resulted in more than 400 nominated managers.
Thanks to continuous efforts to improve organizational culture and ensure equal opportunities, PBZ is once again part of the group of employers who have been awarded the Equal Pay Champion certificate by SELECTIO Group. This certificate confirms the company’s commitment to reducing gender pay gaps and other irrelevant factors. Compared to last year, PBZ has shown significant progress in preparing for the implementation of European Union directives and creating more equitable pay systems.
