Introductory provisions

These Terms of Use regulate the rights and obligations related to the use of the website www.selectio.hr owned by the companies Selectio Solutions Ltd. from Zagreb, Strojarska cesta 20, MB 1232975, OIB 25649909399 and SELECTIO Ltd. for employment mediation from Zagreb, Strojarska cesta 20, MB 2541874, OIB 18518491403, MRSS license for performing employment mediation activities UP / I-102-02 / 09-04 / 15 (hereinafter: SELECTIO).

The terms of use and any amendments that would follow are valid from the day they are published on the SELECTIO website, and are an integral part of every contract, oral or written, concluded between SELECTIO and the user and are binding on any legal and physical entities that use www.selectio.hr.

Anyone who accesses the website accepts the Terms of Use in power at the time of visiting the website and agrees to abide by them. The Terms of Use are subject to change from time to time, so check the Terms of Use regularly to make sure you accept them.

Any use of the website in whole or in part that does not comply with the Terms of Use will be considered an abuse of the service provided by SELECTIO and a violation of the Terms of Use.

Jurisdiction and dispute resolution

Croatian substantive law shall apply to all legal relations arising from these Terms of Use, except for the provisions relating to the resolution of conflicts of law.

The parties will try to resolve all possible disputes amicably, and in the case of initiating court proceedings, the court with real jurisdiction in Zagreb has exclusive jurisdiction.

Final provisions

These Terms of Use are in power on the day of their publication on the website www.selectio.hr. SELECTIO reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time.

The version published on the website www.selectio.hr will be considered valid Terms of Use.
