Podravka d.d. has demonstrated its commitment to achieving the highest HR standards and has once again earned the Employer Partner certificate awarded by the SELECTIO Group, the leading HR consulting organization in Croatia. Through the Employer Partner project, 20,000 HR system evaluations have been conducted, with around a hundred organizations applying for the certificate annually, thereby continuously transforming over a hundred HR systems across ten markets.
The Employer Partner certificate for Podravka is by no means a coincidence. It is the result of years of effort and the outcome of planned and continuous activities that require consistency in application, knowledge, competencies, and skills, emphasized Moira Homan, Director of Podravka’s Human Resources Management Department.
We would like to commend the remarkable improvements Podravka has shown in the development and implementation of best HR practices and employee development. They have successfully implemented a project introducing a new, fairer pay system along with a completely new job classification structure. These practices reflect the determination and stability of Podravka’s management, social partners, and HR team. Most importantly, these efforts have been recognized by the employees themselves, as evidenced by increased satisfaction in nearly all areas covered by the organizational climate and engagement survey, stated Lara Šubić Šuša, Project Manager of Employer Partner at SELECTIO Group.
In addition to the Employer Partner certificate, Podravka is proud to be among the first companies in Croatia to receive the Equal Pay Champion certificate this year, which advocates the principle of “equal pay for equal work.” This project, initiated by the SELECTIO Group, recognizes employers committed to achieving equality, fairness, and equity within their organizations. The Equal Pay Champion certificate represents a key step toward establishing transparent pay systems in workplaces across Croatia.
