Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. has once again confirmed its status as an Employer Partner certificate holder. The independent evaluation conducted by SELECTIO Group covered the entire employee lifecycle — from attraction and recruitment to the strategic role of HR within the organization.

Following this year’s evaluation, we would particularly commend its strong culture of knowledge – the structured transfer of that knowledge, a well-developed internal trainer program, and an individualized approach to each employee’s development.
