Erste Bank confirms excellence in human resources management

Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. has once again confirmed its status as an Employer Partner certificate holder. The independent evaluation conducted by SELECTIO Group covered the entire employee lifecycle — from attraction and recruitment to the strategic role of HR within the organization.

Erste Bank is an organization where caring for employees is part of its identity. Following this year’s evaluation, we would particularly commend its strong culture of knowledge – the structured transfer of that knowledge, a well-developed internal trainer program, and an individualized approach to each employee’s development.
