The certificate is awarded based on an objective assessment of the HR system, covering all key phases of the employee lifecycle: from recruitment to employee development and the strategic role of HR.

The results confirm that PBZ systematically develops its HR processes, with a particular focus on employee development, a high-quality employee experience, and the strategic role of HR in business decision-making. Compared to the previous evaluation, progress is visible in the areas of employee retention and wellbeing, driven by flexible working models and wellbeing programs.

Following this year’s evaluation, clear progress is visible in employee retention and wellbeing, thanks to a range of flexible working arrangements, numerous wellbeing programs, and associated benefits.
